Helena, MT

Helena is the capital city of Montana. It was founded during the Montana gold rush in the Fall of 1864. Helena became home to the state's first hospital, the Miner's Hospital, in 1866. Today Helena is home to 3 hospitals. GPAC has partnered with The Montana Surgery Center in Helena to provide physician anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases.

The Cathedral of Saint Helena is an icon.

in 1908 construction began on the cathedral.  It remains an architectural treasure that is on the National Register of Historic Places.  Learn more about the cathedral by clicking here.

One of the oldest parts of Helena is worth visiting.

Reeder's Alley in downtown Helena was built in the 1870's. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Reeder's Alley remains in use today.  It offers a unique glimpse into Helena's past.  Click to read more.
